Is luffy stronger than law?
Nope - Luffy has Law beat in terms of sheer physical strength. He's fast, stronger and more resilient. But in saying that, Luffy's Devil Fruit lends him a sweet boost to all of these traits and lets him use his rubber powers in wacky and intuitive ways of physical fighting.
Law would certainly put up a good fight, but Luffy's Haki is far superior. Not many One Piece fighters can withstand the force of a Gear Fourth attack, with Conqueror's Haki only making it that much stronger.
There's no doubt that Luffy's smart in combat, however, out of it, he's possibly the dumbest character in the entire series, which is why he needs a reliable crew behind him, something that Luffy himself admits. Law, on the other hand, is quite smart, as a pirate should be.
Luffy. While Luffy does seem to lack an Awakening (which Law already has for his own Devil Fruit), the Straw Hat Captain is undoubtedly stronger.
Although it is clear that Luffy is the strongest of the three, fans often debate who is the strongest between Kid and Law. The gap between the two hasn't been huge, and it has become even more difficult to figure out the stronger fighter now that they have the same bounty.
Luffy readily agrees because of two reasons. Firstly, he already has plans to take down all the Four Emperors if he wants to be the Pirate King. Secondly, Luffy is grateful for Law saving his life in Marineford. Thus, he trusts Law wouldn't betray him.
Vegapunk is undoubtedly the most intelligent person in the series. While his intelligence has not been tested in the midst of a battle, it is safe to assume that a person who is considered to be at least 500 years ahead of any other person would have no problem using it in battle.
Given the evidence, Luffy's IQ could easily be anywhere between 90 and 130.
1) Nico Robin
Nico Robin, however, is undoubtedly the smartest among the Straw Hat pirates. She's the only survivor of the island of Ohara, a people renowned for their general intelligence and academic capabilities.
The only individuals who can stand up to him and defeat him are the ones who possess a particularly strong and developed Haki, such as the all-powerful Advanced Color of Conqueror's, allowing them to block his techniques. law confirmed what kaido said haki is the roof of power.
What is Luffy's longest fight?
21 Episodes. Luffy steps in to fight Katakuri in the One Piece's 851st episode Luffy is overwhelmed by Katakuri as they fight, and Katakuri continues to have the upper hand until Luffy figures out how to beat him and activates Gear Four.
Law's crew are notably weak compared to Luffy & Kid's to the extent that they struggle with Rayleigh's Haki at Sabaody. This is because Law was never gathering a strong crew to take the throne, he was gathering friends to travel with him until he could reach Dressrosa.
Luffy. This is an obvious one. Out of a lot of the characters in the One Piece world, Monkey D. Luffy is the only one with empirical evidence that he has defeated the sky god himself.
Gojo Satoru's biggest asset is his mastery of cursed energy. He can use techniques such as Limitless, Infinity, and Unlimited Void. His Hollow Technique: Purple is a special ability that can erase all kinds of matter in its path. Gojo Satoru can use this technique to easily take down Luffy.
Luffy's greatest power-up to date is, undoubtedly, Conqueror's Haki coating. During his fight against Kaido, Luffy observed Kaido coating his weapon in Conqueror's Haki. After this realization hit him, he was able to use a crude version of this technique himself and could coat his fists in Conqueror's Haki.
The only individuals who can stand up to him and defeat him are the ones who possess a particularly strong and developed Haki, such as the all-powerful Advanced Color of Conqueror's, allowing them to block his techniques. law confirmed what kaido said haki is the roof of power.

Law's Amputation doesn't have a direct counter, but it can be resisted by proficient Haki users. This is seen during the "Dressrosa" arc where Law is unable to cut through Doflamingo's Armament Haki even in the ROOM. He also admits to being unable to use his powers on Kaido or Big Mom due to their vastly superior Haki.
It`s strange that Law is stronger than Zoro, but for now, Law certainly surpasses him. Like many of the characters on this list, Shanks is not a traditional swordsman and he doesn`t seem familiar with a blade like Mihawk, but is believed to be stronger than Mihawk. Shanks is probably way above Zoro`s level.
